Jenni & Dillon

“My husband and I got married back in August on one of the hottest days of the summer. Bridget was extremely kind, caring, and came in with a plan! Her style is exactly what I was looking for in a photographer. Every shot was beautiful. My husband and I do not know how to pose, but she gently guided us into the positions she wanted. I pretty much let her do her thing and I couldn’t be happier with the results. You get an online gallery with all your photos and the quality is phenomenal.”

Jenni & Dillon “getting ready” before their elopement in Bloomington, IL. These two had a DIY asf wedding; they made all the decorations, food, drinks, everything. Choosing to elope they got married at the courthouse, and unfortunately, they thought I (photography) wasn’t allowed inside (that’s what the courthouse told them originally) so I stayed behind at the house… and when they got back they told me it would’ve been okay that I was there (internal screaming), so I didn’t get any shots of them at the courthouse or actually getting married- anyway. Their friends and family basically welcomed me as their own and I had such a fantastic time with them regardless of that part. I leaned really hard into documentary vibes for this wedding per their request. They weren’t super interested in doing a ton of posed photos (fine by me!) other than a handful for family members, and it was the hottest day of the year, which is why they decided on a candid/documentary style photographer like me. It was great, I got to hang out, snack, talk cameras with dad and take photos when I saw them. Other than a few staged detail shots everything was as it naturally happened. I did do some posed photos with them + friends and family by request, but it was all very easy going, which we love! And over all it was a fuckin’ awesome party, and photography environment, with a bunch of equally awesome people. An experience so good I wanted to leave my own review lol this was truly a labor of love if I ever saw one.
